Yoga with Mo – Simply Yoga Mo
Mo teaches her weekly yoga classes every Thursday where you can join her yoga community. Her classes run for one hour:
10.00am – 11.00am and 6.30pm – 7.30pm
Yoga for every Body, and suitable for all levels, abilities and age.
She teaches traditional Hatha yoga in an easy to follow way. Her classes incorporate yoga postures to build strength and tone the body. Breath work to energise the body. Meditation inviting calmer headspace and relaxation to ease tension.
Mo also offers online restorative yoga classes every month on a Monday evening 6.30pm – 8.00pm.
