Tuttifrutti yoga classes are suitable for all. Whether a complete novice or more seasoned yogi, you’re welcome to come along. All class content is adaptable. What can you expect at a class? We will work with our body’s flexibility, strength and balance through yoga asana....increase our general awareness through breathing practices and quiet meditation...... enhance our ability to counteract the busyness and stresses of life through guided relaxation - whilst maintaining a sense of humour throughout.
