My name is Stella Hay and I have been a line dance instructor for over 25 years.
Linedancing is a healthy physical activity which improves your balance, coordination and memory. No partner is needed, therefore it’s also an excellent social activity for people to attend on their own.
Our linedance class held in the activity room on a Thursday afternoon 2.30pm to 3.30pm is for experienced dancers at improver/intermediate dance level.
